Aromatherapy

Hello Darlings,

Ever since I was a little girl I knew that certain scents made me feel a certain way . Like after eating an orange the smell of orange peels on my finger tips made me feel happy. Even after washing the fruit juices off  I would keep smelling my hands until the smell faded. At that young age I did not know I was performing something called aromatherapy on myself .

Here are some of my favorites that I use everyday at home and in my treatment room.

What I Knew But Didn't Really Know: 

Orange Essential Oil - 

  • Decreases Depression

  • Anti-Inflammatory

  • Relieves Stress

  • Uplifting
