Water is also a major part of skin health and that is not just the skin on your face but your whole body. The recommended amount of water needed to drink each day is half your body weight in ounces. That means if you weight 180 pounds you should drink 90 ounces of water. I know that may seem like a lot but your body will THANK YOU.
