Quick 10 Minute Morning Routine

Trying to fit a skin care routine in your morning may seem overwhelming but making sure you spend at least 10 minutes on your skin daily can have great benefits.

Step One : Wash face with lukewarm water using the cleanser of choice. If your skin is dry I suggest using a cream cleanser and for oily combination skin use a gel base cleanser . Remember using an upwards motion to help tone the face muscle.

Step Two: Pat skin dry with face cloth, or clean paper towel. Patting helps not to remove moisture from your face.

Step Three :Gently apply a half pea size amount of eye cream under each eye, tapping with ring finger.

Step Four : Patting gently, apply vitamin C serum and a moisturizing hyaluronic acid to face and neck. These two ingredients work very well together to provide a healthy glow.

Step Five : In an upward motion apply your moisturizer of choice.

Step Six : SPF ! If you are heading out the door always remember to apply your sun screen . This is a very important step especially if you are trying to even your skin tone, fade hyperpigmentation or using retinol and other acid based products .
